I had to share the exciting news about our swim today: we did 3,000 yards! It was rough, here's the set rundown:
1.) 400 warm up
2.) fins - 400 swim; 2x 100 kick; 300 swim; 2x 100 kick
3.) 12x 125s; every middle 25 stroke in IM order
What I am thrilled about is that my arms really are not all that tired! Wohoo! Let's see if we can keep the cycle going this week....
