GOAL: To drop 20 lbs (get to 140) by my birthday. The reward: an iPad and a Garmin watch.

How many miles did you say?
20 miles this weekend. I think it is doable, but it is going to be hard. and probably hurt a little. Saturday and Sunday mornings = 10 miles each. I will hold out on swimming until Monday morning. Wish me luck
